I am Chaitanya Gunjal, committed to guiding students towards meaningful and successful career paths. With a strong academic background in Mechanical Engineering (B.E.) and Master’s in Technology (M.Tech.) in Production & Design, I bring a unique blend of technical insight and real-world industry experience to the field of career guidance.

I have over 7 years of professional experience in reputed companies, where I gained valuable exposure to the demands of various industrial domains. My journey also includes impactful work with National level Foundation based on Delhi, where I contributed to educational and personality development programs across West Bengal, Delhi, Gujarat, and Haryana, helping young minds build confidence and clarity about their future.

Now, as a Certified Career Counsellor, I have channelled my passion for mentoring into a mission to help students and parents “Explore the Options They Have” with clarity and confidence. I specialize in providing personalized career guidance based on students interests, aptitudes, and future opportunities — whether academic or vocational.

I am also certified in the Professional Career Development Program by the Institute of Industrial Development (IID)—an incubator under the Ministry of MSME, Govt. of India. This program has equipped me with advanced tools and insights into emerging career trends, entrepreneurship, and skill development strategies for students.
